Place or subject: A messuage, all lands and 20s of rent with appurtenances in the vill of Estgarstone [East Garston], which John le Chapeleyn holds there and for which he used to make a chantry each day of the year in the church of East Garston. For the alms of Henry's ancestors. To hold to John for the whole of his life for making the chantry for Henry and his ancestors and his children in the church of Estgarston [East Garston] each day of the year, while he is alive. If John ceases in that chantry, then it will be lawful for Henry and his heirs to re-enter the messuage without opposition from John.
