Folio: 159v. Berkshire. Final concord.
First party: Patrick de Chawrth [Chaworth] and Hawise, his wife.
Second party: Henry de Tracy.
Place or subject: The manor of Heggerston [East Garston]. Whereupon a plea of covenant was summoned between them in the same court, namely that Henry acknowledged the manor to be the right of Patrick and Hawise as that which they have of his gift, to hold to them and Patrick's heirs of the chief lords of that fee forever, doing all the services which pertain to that manor. For this fine Patrick and Hawise gave Henry one sparrowhawk.

Additional people: Before Roger de Thurkelby [Thirkleby] and Alan de Wassaund [Wassand], justices.
Made in the king's court at Westminster.
