First party: Robert de Ferers [Ferrers], earl of Derby.
Second party: Robert de Clare, earl of Gloucester and Hertford.
Place or subject: All his right in the manor of Stanford with the advowson of the church and all other appurtenances. To hold to the earl of Derby and his heirs to the earl of Gloucester and his heirs and assigns according to the purport of a charter of feoffment.
County: Berkshire.
Additional people: Witnesses: John, Earl Warenne; John fitz John; William de Munchesney; Peter de Montfort; Robert de Montfort; William de Munchesney of Edwardeston [Edwardstone]; Walter de la Hyde; and Nicholas de la Hoese.
