Second party: Geoffrey Posard of Hungerford.
Place or subject: Simon granted for himself and his heirs to Geoffrey and his heirs, in exchange and recompense for the pasture and common of all his moveables within his wood of Bautele, according to how the old ditch and the ancient boundaries of the same wood hold and purport themselves, 5s of rent of assize forever, which Geoffrey and his ancestors used to pay to Simon and his ancestors yearly, for certain land which Geoffrey held of him in the vill of Hungerford. Geoffrey or his heirs can and ought not to claim anything by reason of herbage, pasture and common within the ancient boundaries of the wood of Bautele.
