Folios: 135-135v. Oxfordshire. Quitclaim.

First party: William de Paunes, lord of Naborn [Naburn].

Second party: Thomas, earl of Lancaster and Leicester, steward of England.

Place or subject: The homages and services which John, son and heir of John de Broughton and his heirs hold of William by reason of the manors of Broughton and Newinton [Newington] near to Bannebur' [Banbury]. To hold to the earl and his heirs and assigns forever of the chief lords of the fee by the appurtenant services.

County: Oxfordshire.

Additional people: Witnesses: Robert de Holande; William Tuchet; John Bek; William de Beston; Ralph de Beston; Adam de Wanerville; and William de Hebbeden, knights.

Dated at the castle of Pountfreint [Pontefract].
