Place or subject: A certain messuage with a curtilage in the vill of Middleton Stoney between the land of John de la Gayne, knight, on the one side, and part of the burgage of Walter Astel on the other. To hold to the earl and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, well and in peace forever.
