First party: Joan de Bohun, lady of Midhurst.
Second party: Henry de Lacy, earl of Lincoln.
Place or subject: The whole of her right and claim in 50s of annual rent with appurtenances issuing from the mills of Denham and all right in those mills, waters, ponds, fishings, islands and ways pertaining to them, and with all other easements belonging to them, without any reservation of Joan or her heirs. For this quitclaim the earl gave Joan £25 sterling in advance.
