First party: Pain de Cadurciis [Payn de Chaworth].
Second party: William de Barentyn.
Place or subject: William has granted and demised to Payn the whole of his land with houses built thereupon and other appurtenances which he has in the vill of Ravenston [Ravenstone]. To hold to Payn and his heirs or assigns from Pentecost 3 Edw. I until Payn, his heirs or assigns have levied and received from that land £80 sterling, in which William is bound to Payn by reason of a loan. William and his heirs shall warrant, acquit and defend that land to Payn and his heirs or assigns against all men and women, Christian and Jews, until Payn, his heirs or assigns have fully levied and received that £80 from this land. But this money being fully levied and received in this form, the land is to revert quit and absolute to William and his heirs or assigns without any opposition or impediment from Payn, his heirs or assigns.
