Second party: John, duke of Lancaster [John of Gaunt], and Blanche, his wife.
Place or subject: All lands, tenements, rents, services, reversions, meadows, pastures and pasturages with appurtenances which William has in Caldecote [Caldecott] in the parish of Higham Ferrers. To hold to John and Blanche and their heirs and assigns forever of the chief lords of the fees by the services due and accustomed.
County: [Northamptonshire].
