First party: Thomas, earl of Lancaster and Leicester, steward of England.
Second party: William, son of William Davy of Denesanggre [Deanshanger].
Place or subject: One plot called Colinesbrouk in Denesanggre [Deanshanger] with the buildings built thereupon. To hold to William and his heirs in tail of the earl and his heirs, paying to the earl and his heirs 4s a year, namely 12d at the feasts of Michaelmas, Christmas, Easter and the Nativity of St John the Baptist, and doing suit at the earl's court of Passenham from three weeks to three weeks for all services. If William dies without heirs in tail, then these tenements are to entirely return to the earl and his heirs without opposition from William or his heirs.
