Place or subject: Richard and Millicent have acknowledged for themselves and their heirs that they hold lands and tenements in Esthaddon [East Haddon] which they had from the gift and grant of Simon de Montfort, late earl of Leicester, for the manor of Shipfeld, according to the tenor of a charter of the earl which they had concerning this. In such a way that none of their heirs can exact or claim any right or demand in those lands and tenements after their death.
