First party: William Athewelle of Deneshanger [Deanshanger].
Second party: Richard le Rede and Sibyl, his wife, and their heirs or assigns.
Place or subject: William's chief messuage with a curtilage, hedges and ditches adjacent, with all lands, meadows, pastures and rents which he had in the parish of Passenham and in the vill of Stonistratford [Stony Stratford], with all reversions, wards, marriages, homages and escheats, when they fall in, which ought descend to William by any right of inheritance. To hold to Richard and Sybil, his wife, their heirs and assigns of the chief lord of that fee by the services due and accustomed.
