First party: William Athewelle of Deneshanger [Deanshanger].
Second party: Richard le Rede and Sibyl, his wife, Richard and Nicholas, his sons, and Maud, his daughter.
Place or subject: His chief messuage with a curtilage, hedges and ditches adjacent, with all lands, meadows, pastures and rents which William had in the parish of Passenham and the vill of Stonistratford [Stony Stratford], with all commodities, liberties and easements. Also all his rights and reversions with wards, marriages, reliefs and escheats which could descend to William in any way in the parish of Passenham and in the vill of Stonistratford [Stony Stratford]. To hold to Richard, Sybil, Richard, Nicholas and Maud for their lives in survivorship, paying yearly to William and his heirs one rose at the feast of St John the Baptist. After their deaths all these tenements are to revert to William, his heirs and assigns.
