Description

Folios: 128v-129. Northamptonshire. Grant.

First party: Hugh le Fuller of Stonistratford [Stony Stratford].

Second party: William atte Welle of Dunsanger [Deanshanger] and Juliana, his wife.

Place or subject: One messuage situated between William's door and well, and three acres of land and three roods of meadow in the fields of Dunsanger [Deanshanger], namley one half-acre lying upon le Heforlong by the land of the prior of Gnellessall; one half-acre upon Midelforlong by the land of Master William de Thornton; one rood and a half upon Rouleye by the land of William the reeve; one rood upon Medlondes by the land of Agnes Richard; one half-acre upon Husehend by the land of Agnes Richard; one half-acre upon Waswelhull by the land which William Gule formerly held; one rood and a half upon Dodeszate by the land of the reeve; half an acre of meadow in Drienhull by the meadow of William le Rede; and one rood of meadow in Fiweacre by the meadow of Agnes Chedde. To hold to William and Juliana, his wife, and their heirs in such a way that William and Juliana are to have free entry and return through William's door doing to the chief lords of that fee the services due and accustomed. If it happens that William and Juliana die without heirs in tail, Hugh wishes that the tenement reverts to William and his heirs.
