Place or subject: One acre of arable land in the field of Deneshanger [Deanshanger], which lies at Stonifoxheg next to the land of William de Fonte, in perpetual exchange for seven selions and one headland of arable land lying in a certain cultivated field called le Breche, as it is witnessed in the charter which William de Fonte made to John. To hold to William and Lucy, his wife, and their heirs or assigns freely, quietly, well and in peace in perpetual exchange of the chief lords of that fee by the services due and accustomed for all services.
