Place or subject: One rood of land with appurtenances in the fields of Sneth, lying upon le Medfurlong between the land which Elias de Tyngewyk [Tingewick] formerly held on the one side and the land, which William Patrik held on the other. For services and 10s of sterling which William gave to Robert in advance, to hold of Robert and his heirs or assigns to William and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, well and in peace, forever, paying yearly to Robert and his heirs or assigns one half penny at the feast of St Peter in Chains for all services.
