Place or subject: His whole right and claim in the name of feoffment of fee farm or by any other way in the whole manor with appurtenances called Aldreton [Alderton]. To hold to Payn and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, well, in peace, entirely, forever without any reservation. For this quitclaim Payn gave John 100 marks in advance.
