Folios: 126v-127. Northamptonshire. Grant.
First party: Thomas le Savage.
Second party: Pain de Cadurciis [Payn de Chaworth].
Place or subject: Thomas's castle and land with appurtenances in the vill and fields of Audrinton [Alderton], together with meadows, pastures, homages, wards, marriages, reliefs, heriots, escheats, services and all liberties. To hold of Thomas and his heirs to Payn and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, entirely, in peace and by right of inheritance forever, paying yearly to Thomas and his heirs one penny at Michaelmas for all services. For this grant Payn gave Thomas £100.
