First party: Robert, son of William son of Hugh de Lilleborne [Lilbourne].
Second party: Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster].
Place or subject: One plot of land with appurtenances in Lilleborne [Lilbourne], which contains seventy-one feet in length and forty feet in width. Namely that which lies between the land of Walter Hereward on the one side and a certain path which leads from the head of the vill of Lilbourne towards Crek [Crick], together with a certain margin pertaining to the same place, just as the width extends itself. To hold to Edmund and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, well and in peace without any reservation forever. For this grant Edmund gave Robert a certain sum of money in advance.
