Place or subject: The whole land which is of the earl's fee in Stokes [Stoke Bruerne], Sytelhangre [Shutlanger] and Aldriton [Alderton] with appurtenances, and whatever the earl or his ancestors had in those lands in demesnes, fees, homages, reliefs and all other services. For his homage and service. To hold to William and his heirs of the earl and his heirs by right of inheritance forever, entirely, freely, quietly and fully, doing to the earl and his heirs the service of one knight for all service and exaction.
