Place or subject: Licence for the earl to give and grant £200 worth of land and rent from the lands and tenements which he holds of the king as of the honor of Tuttebury [Tutbury] to certain tenants in fee tail. To hold of the king and his heirs by the services due and accustomed for this forever. The same tenants can receive £200 of land and rent from the earl, and hold it in fee tail of the king and his heirs by those services forever.
