First party: Henry de Lancaster, earl of Derby.
Second party: Robert de Grendon.
Place or subject: The manor of Shenston [Shenstone] with appurtenances. Whereupon a plea of covenant was summoned between them in court, namely that Robert acknowledged this manor to the right of the same earl, as that which he has of Robert's gift. To hold to the earl and his heirs of the chief lords of that fee by the services which pertain to the manor forever. For this concord the earl gave Robert 100 marks.
