First party: Henry de Lancaster, earl of Derby.
Second party: Robert de Grendone [Grendon].
Place or subject: Whereas Robert de Grendone [Grendon] is bound to the earl in an annuity of £50, as appears by his deed, if Robert, his heirs or assigns pay to the earl in his manor of Shenston [Shenstone] an annuity of £10 sterling at the feasts of Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions during the lives of John de Freford [Freeford] and Margaret, his wife, another £10 sterling at the same feasts of Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions during the lives of Roger de Chetewynd and Joan, his wife, and another £10 at the same feasts in equal portions during the life of Alice de Chetewynd, then the annuity of £50 is to be null and void. After the respective deaths of John and Margaret, Roger and Joan and Alice, Robert, his heirs and assigns are to be quit forever of the respective annuities.
