First party: Henry, earl of Lancaster, Derby and Leicester, steward of England.
Second party: Ellen, formerly the wife of John de Aust of Swynfen [Swinfen].
Place or subject: The wardship and marriage of John her son, also son and heir of John de Aust. It will be lawful for Ellen to arrange a marriage for John at her will and receive the profits of his lands and tenements, rents and services during his minority, with remainder to the earl and his heirs. [Further details given].
