First party: Ralph de Grendon, lord of Schenston [Shenstone].
Second party: Philip de Aust, lord of Swynefen [Swinfen].
Place or subject: Ralph granted for himself, his heirs and assigns to Philip that Philip, his heirs and assigns and all their tenants of Swynefen [Swinfen], should pay only for a fourth part of any foreign service touching the manor of Schenneston [Shenstone], both from the view of frankpledge and also from other things, together with the services due and accustomed to the lord of Shenstone. For this grant Philip gave Ralph one mark of silver in advance.
