Folio: 117v. Sixty charters or muniments about Shenston [Shenstone], Staffordshire, in one box, marked by the letter S. Grant.
First party: Philip, lord of Leg'.
Second party: Robert de Grendon.
Place or subject: The mill of Sheneston [Shenstone] with all its following and appurtenances, namely those things which Robert gave to Philip in free marriage with Alice, his daughter. To hold of Philip and his heirs to Robert and his heirs or assigns, as freely and quietly as Philip ever held them, paying yearly to Philip and his heirs one half penny within the quindene of Michaelmas for all secular service, exaction, suit of court and demand.
