First party: Robert de Grendon.
Second party: Henry de Lancaster, earl of Derby.
Place or subject: An annuity of £50 to be received in his manor of Grendone [Grendon] yearly by the hands of the ministers for the time being. To hold this £50 at the feasts of Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions to the earl and his heirs. If the earl, his heirs or assigns are in arrears of the annuity in part or in whole, then it will be lawful for them and each of them to distrain Robert's manor of Grendon by all goods and chattels and to retain the distraint until they have been fully paid the annuity.
