Second party: Henry de Lancaster, earl of Derby.
Place or subject: Robert's manor of Shenston [Shenstone] with all appurtenances. To hold the manor to the earl, his heirs and assigns for the term of forty years next following the date of these presents, paying yearly to Robert and his heirs one rose on the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist, doing to the chief lords of the fee the services due and accustomed for this.
