Second party: Henry [de] Lancaster, earl of Derby.
Place or subject: The manor of Schenston [Shenstone] with all lands and tenements in the vills of Swynefen [Swinfen], Thornes, Chasterfeld [Chesterfield], Stonhale [Stonnall], Litel Stonhale [Little Stonnall], Fullurdleigh [Footherley], Routhale, Southford and Astone [Little Aston]. To hold to the earl, his heirs and assigns together with knights' fees and advowsons of churches, and with all other appurtenances of the chief lords of that fee by the services thereupon due and lawfully accustomed.
County: [Staffordshire].
