Folio: 115v. Sixty charters or muniments about Shenston [Shenstone], Staffordshire, in one box, marked by the letter S. Quitclaim.
First party: Guy de Erdinhgton [Erdington].
Second party: Robert de Grendon.
Place or subject: The whole wood with all the appurtenances, without any reservation, in the wood of Sutton, which Adam the clerk, Guy's brother, once bought from the earl of Warwyk [Warwick]. If it happens that Guy or his heirs wish to go back on this quitclaim, they are to subject themselves on oath to the jurisdiction of the dean and chapter of Lichefeld [Lichfield] or of other religious men at their will within the diocese of Coventry and Lichfield, to be compelled to their judgement towards the payment of thirty marks, to be paid immediately to Robert or his heirs or assigns in the name of a penalty, etc.
