Second party: Ralph de Grendon.
Place or subject: Settlement of a dispute concerning the feoffment of the manor of Schenestan [Shenstone] made to John de Clynton by Ralph de Grendon. And if it happens that Ralph and Joan die without heirs in tail, John granted those £400 to Ralph#s right heirs. John also granted that Ralph and Joan and their heirs in tail can distrain in all his demesne lands of his manors of Shenstone and Colleshull [Coleshill], and drive that distraint to his manor of Grendon and retain it for this rent not being paid at those terms in part or in whole.
