First party: Hugh, abbot of Osen' [Osney], and the convent of the same church.
Second party: William de Bray.
Place or subject: The abbot and convent have granted to William and his heirs that they should have a chantry at their own costs in the chapel which he constructed by grant of the abbot and convent in his court of Calewenhulla. Saving to the abbot and his church of Senest' [Shenstone] all tithes of the lordship of William and all obventions issuing in the said chapel.
