Folio: 113v. Sixty charters or muniments about Shenston [Shenstone], Staffordshire, in one box, marked by the letter S. Quitclaim.
First party: Thomas de Hamstude [Hamstead].
Second party: Robert de Grendon.
Place or subject: The whole of Thomas's right and claim in the warranty of two messuages, 7½ yardlands and a moiety of one mill with appurtenances in Swynefen [Swinfen]. Whereupon a plea of covenant was [summoned] in the king's court between Thomas and Walter de Pulton for four yardlands with appurtenances in Horlaweston, which Robert de Grendon gave to Thomas for such warranty.
