First party: William Bagot.
Second party: Robert de Grendon.
Place or subject: The whole of William's land and demesne and rent which he had in the vill of Cestrefewde [Chesterfield] from Roger de Comberford, with homages, heriots and reliefs, and the issues, escheats, profits and all things of tenants, both free and villein, with all appurtenances, and the whole of William's right and claim in the same lands. To hold to Robert and his heirs or assigns freely and quietly, peacefully and honourably, entirely and by inheritance without any reservation. For this quitclaim Robert gave William thirty marks of silver in advance.
