First party: Henry de Lancaster, earl of Derby.
Second party: Alice de Chetewynd.
Place or subject: An annuity of £20. To hold for the term of her life and to receive those £20 in the earl's manor of Shenston [Shenstone] yearly at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions. If the annuity falls into arrears, then it will be lawful for Alice to distrain in that manor by all goods and chattels, until the arrears have been satisfied.
