First party: Henry de Lancaster, earl of Derby.
Second party: John de Freford [Freeford] and Margaret his wife.
Place or subject: Whereas John de Freford [Freeford] and Margaret, his wife, are bound to the earl in an annuity of £20, to be paid at the earl's manor of Shenston [Shenstone] for his manor of Freford [Freeford], as appears by their deed, John, Margaret or their heirs are not to challenge the earl, his heirs or assigns for the manor of Shenston [Shenstone]. [Further details given].
County: Staffordshire.
