Folios: 102-102v. Staffordshire. Quitclaim.
First party: Thomas, son of John de Chedle [Cheadle], then living in the vill of Uttox' [Uttoxeter].
Second party: Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster].
Place or subject: The whole of Thomas's right and claim in one half burgage with appurtenances in the vill of Uttoxeter lying between the burgage formerly of William de Dunebrug' on the one side and the conduit of the vill on the other.
County: [Staffordshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: Robert the huntsman of Uttoxeter; Adam the huntsman of the same; and Robert Wille, chaplain of the same.
