First party: Henry, earl of Lancaster and Leicester, steward of England.
Second party: Ralph Carles of Novelborugh [Newborough].
Place or subject: Half a mark sterling of annual rent from the rent which Ralph owes to the said earl for the tenements he holds of him in le Thornihull, in exchange for two acres of meadow in the park of Adgaresleye [Agardsley Park], which the earl has from the gift of Ralph and which meadow Ralph grants and releases by this deed to the earl and his heirs for the said exchange.
County: [Staffordshire].
