Second party: Thomas, earl of Lancaster and Leicester, steward of England.
Place or subject: All her right and claim in all the lands and tenements which were at one time in the seisin of Alexander de Mere in Bradewell [Bradwell] within the manor of Newcastle under Lyme, which John de Knottone and Alice had from the gift of William Russell of Bradwell, together with the right of the reversion of dower which Geve Russell holds for the term of her life of Alice's inheritance and which ought to revert to Alice after Geve's death, with remainder to the earl and his heirs and assigns. To hold to the earl and his heirs and assigns of the chief lords of the fee by the services due and accustomed.
