Folio: 99. Staffordshire. Grant.

First party: Robert Soyllard of Joxhale [Yoxall].

Second party: William de Neuton [Newton], clerk, living in Hambur' [Hanbury].

Place or subject: All the lands and tenements which Robert had in the vill and territory of Hambur' [Hanbury], without any reservation; and also the homages and services of John, son of Richard the reeve of Hanbury, and Richard, son of Richard de Hanbury, from the lands and tenements which they hold of Robert in that vill, without any reservation. To hold to William and his heirs or assigns and their heirs freely, quietly, well and in peace, in fee and inheritance, with all liberties, free customs, easements and appurtenances of the chief lords of that fee by the services due and accustomed.
