First party: Robert le Rodmon of Joxhal [Yoxall].
Second party: Simon Wttred of Joxhal [Yoxall].
Place or subject: One half-acre of meadow in the territory of Joxhal [Yoxall], namely that which Robert Redmon, his father, formerly gave to John, son of Mabel, his sister, by charter. To hold to Simon Wttred, his heirs and assigns freely, well, in inheritance and in peace, paying yearly one penny of silver a year, namely half a penny at the feast of St Mary in March and half a penny at Michaelmas.
