Second party: Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster].
Place or subject: Six acres of land with appurtenances lying within the borough of Tuttesbur' [Tutbury] within le Blakewalledich, in exchange for six acres and half a rood of land from Edmund's demesnes in the manor of Tutbury, three acres of which lie next to le Plassens between the land of Nicholas le Venour on the one side and Edmund's demesne land on the other, and three acres lie upon le Rouweflat, nearer to the vill of Tutbury, while that half-rood of land lies next to those six acres of land.
