Second party: Thomas, earl of Lancaster and Leicester, steward of England.
Place or subject: One burgage with appurtenances, which the said Roger held in the vill of Tuttebur [Tutbury], namely that burgage, which he had from the gift and grant of Nicholas Coynterel and Agnes, daughter of Robert de Arakelowe, his wife, next to the market-place of the same vill, lying in length between the street of Dounestrete and the house, formerly of Nicholas Broun, and in width between le Markedstrete on the one side and the houses of Robert, son of Rose, and Henry Passemere on the other.
