First party: Roger, son of John son of Richer.
Second party: Thomas, earl of Lancaster.
Place or subject: The whole of Roger's place lying within the earl's park of Tuttebur' [Tutbury] next to the river Douve [Dove], which Roger held of the earl for one burgage. And also one plot of his land lying on the north side of the River Dove between the land of the prior of Tutbury on the one side and the land of John de Pilcote on the other. To hold to the said earl, his heirs and assigns freely, quietly, entirely, well and in peace forever. For this quitclaim the said earl gave to the said Roger 60s of sterling in advance.
