Place or subject: John has assigned Philip and given him full power to put Edmund, the king's brother [Edmund of Lancaster], or his steward or his attorney, in seisin of two marks of annual rent which Robert de Knitteleye and Lady Alina, his wife, were accustomed to pay to John for eighty acres of land that Robert and Alina held from John below the forest of Nedwode [Needwood].
