Folios: 93v-94. Staffordshire. Quitclaim.
First party: Isabel, formerly the wife of Roger, son of Richer de Tuttebures [Tutbury].
Second party: Thomas, earl of Lancaster.
Place or subject: All her right and claim which she had by reason of her dower in a third part of a certain plot of land below Tutbury Castle called le Holm, beyond the River Douve [Dove] towards Scropton, and in another third part of a certain plot of land within the close below the castle, both formerly of Roger, late her husband. In such a way that from henceforth she is to be excluded forever from seeking or having all kinds of actions of dower in those places.
