First party: Amice, wife of the late Ralph de Walton of Tuttebur' [Tutbury].
Second party: Thomas, earl of Lancaster.
Place or subject: All her right and claim which she had by reason of her dower in a third part of a certain plot of land formerly of Adam le Cok of Tuttebur' [Tutbury], which is enclosed within the park below Tutbury Castle and was of Ralph de Walton, late her husband. In such a way that from henceforth she is to be excluded forever from seeking or having all kinds of actions of dower in that plot of land.
