Second party: Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster].
Place or subject: Three acres and one rood of land lying in the vill and territory of Tuttebur' [Tutbury] opposite Edmund's great garden. To hold to Edmund and his heirs and assigns as freely and quietly as any land or any tenement can be held forever. For this grant Edmund gave Walter in exchange three acres and one rood of land from his waste, lying together next to the field called le Whitefeld within his manor of Scropton.
