First party: Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster].

Place or subject: Edmund granted to Thomas and his heirs that they can take the benefit from their whole land lying in Dolbeschute between a certain stream running between le Shertelyme and the same land on the one side and the demesne of the same Thomas on the other, and also from one plot of land lying between Bossetecroft on the one side and the field of Luthorn on the other, and to sow the same land or lease it at their will freely, quietly, well and in peace without impediment from Edmund and his heirs. And Thomas granted 6s of rent to be received from that land by the hands of Thomas and his heirs, namely 3s at the Annunciation of the Blessed Mary and 3s at Michaelmas. If it happens that Thomas or his heirs are impeded from being able to enjoy the benefit of this land by judgement in the king's court, then they are to be completely quit from the charge of this rent.
