Second party: Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster].
Place or subject: 9s of annual rent which William de Norton, William de Tissincton, William, son of Adam de Fermhalch, and William son of Bennet and Sibyl, his wife, were accustomed to pay to William, son of William de Merle, for fifty acres of land which they held of William at le Fermhalch near Neubuging [Biggin], together with the whole lordship which could fall to William and his heirs by reason of that rent by any right forever. For this quitclaim Edmund gave William seven marks sterling.
